Our Management Team and Advisory Board are comprised of creative entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the film and television industries and in fast growth companies. We have founded and grown several startup companies and have a combined 50 years in the industry.

Management Team and Advisory Board Members

Kevin Matossian, President — Mr. Matossian is the founder of SilverCrest Entertainment, LLC, a Los Angeles-based production company dedicated to producing quality film and television programming. Mr. Matossian has worked in production for programs such as In Living Color, Studs, Fox News, The Michael Fink Show and many others. Since 2002, he has produced a variety of projects including the feature films Purgatory Flats, LOST and September Dawn, starring Academy Award winner Jon Voight.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Matossian has been a partner in several startup ventures including Ventura Marketing, Inc., Netlinks Co and SearchFast, Inc. His performance background combines synergistically with his executive experience to constitute a business ethic that is sensitive to creative demands and responsive to investors' bottom line. Mr. Matossian's passion for the business of entertainment establishes the tempo at Film Solutions. With his leadership, both SilverCrest Entertainment and Film Solutions share a unified, resolute drive and a fiscally responsible approach to business.

Mr. Matossian attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and Pasadena City College studying production, acting and theatrical performance. Mr. Matossian's talents have put him not only on the stage as an actor but also in the recording studio as an AMA-nominated musician and composer.

Ralph Williams, Chief Financial Officer — Dr. Williams served several years with Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young), an international accounting firm, in the firm's Small Business Department. He has held executive positions as President as well as Chief Financial Officer in several fast growth companies, and has been involved with financing, investing and company executive management for over 25 years. Dr. Williams' experience includes various positions with Sonera Venture Partners, USA, Lockheed Corporation, Ventura Capital Management and the investment banking firm of Pacific Equity Development Corporation. Dr. Williams has owned, operated and sold his own businesses and served on the Boards of Directors of several companies.

Dr. Williams has held professional memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accounting. Dr. Williams holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Southern California (Accounting), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree (Finance) from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of The Holy Cross. Dr. Williams holds both CPA and CMA certifications.

Ralph Winter, Advisory Board — Mr. Winter brings us his abilities as a well respected film producer as well as a very high profile reputation. Mr. Winter regularly manages productions with budgets that exceed $100 million, and his contacts, experience and advice have proved invaluable to our planning and operations. Mr. Winter is a successful movie producer whose credits include X-Men 1, 2 & 3, Fantastic 4, Planet of the Apes, the Academy Award nominated Mighty Joe Young, Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country and Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, nominated for four Academy Awards. He is currently producing Wolverine for 20th Century Fox.

Mr. Winter was supervising producer on Walt Disney Pictures' live-action remake of the 1949 RKO classic Mighty Joe Young, directed by Ron Underwood (City Slickers). He produced Hackers for United Artists, directed by the critically acclaimed Iain Softley (Backbeat, Wings of the Dove). He created a mini-studio facility in Chatsworth, California, from which he produced the ABC-TV series High Incident for Steven Spielberg's DreamWorks in 1995-96. This led to his directorial debut on the special Halloween episode, Masquerade. In the fall of 1996 he headed to Warner Bros. to work with Sam Raimi.

Under the Ralph Winter Productions banner at The Walt Disney Studios, he produced The Puppet Masters and executive-produced the live-action comedies, Hocus Pocus with Bette Midler and Captain Ron with Kurt Russell and Martin Short.

Mr. Winter independently produced the feature film The Perfect Weapon, and co-executive-produced Paramount's Flight of the Intruder, Star Trek V: The Final Frontier and the Walt Disney Television pilot, Plymouth.

Kathleen McInnis, Advisory Board — As an entrepreneur with a proven track record, Ms. McInnis' hands-on experience serves as a guide for the tools and solutions we offer. In addition, Ms. McInnis' relationships with unions, producers and studios aid in our market penetration. She is a film festival veteran, independent film publicist and producer. Ms. McInnis served as the Festival Director for the 11th Slamdance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, January 2005 and as Director of Programming for the 2005 Palm Springs International Short Film Festival.

Long associated with the Seattle International Film Festival, where she held the positions of Lead Film Programmer, Director of Industry Programming and Director of Publicity/Promotion during her 12-year tenure, McInnis also co-founded the popular Fly Filmmaking Challenge there in 1996, producing nearly three dozen unique short films.

As a film publicist, Ms. McInnis has helped shepherd many a film through their world premiere campaigns at such festivals as Sundance, Berlin and Toronto, including Sherman Alexies The Business of FancyDancing, Aisling Walsh’s Song for a Raggy Boy and Katherine Lindberg's Rain, among others. As unit publicist, she has worked on many films, including Victor Nunez’s Coastlines, Stephen King's Rose Red as well as David Slades Hard Candy, Victor Salvo's Peaceful Warrior and Andrew Currie's Fido, all three being distributed by Lionsgate Films. Recently, Ms. McInnis has completed work on Sterlin Harjo's Four Sheets to the Wind, a Sundance lab project.

A respected film journalist early in her career for such publications as MovieMaker Magazine and The Seattle Times and KCMU (KEXP) Radio, Ms. McInnis was also Vice President of Festival and Filmmaker Relations at FilmFestivals.com in 2000.

Currently, Ms. McInnis is the Film Festival Specialist at Loyola Marymount University's School of Film and Television and continues to work as a unit publicist. Ms. McInnis has a B.F.A. in Theatre (Acting) from the University of Washington.

Don Q. Hannah, Advisory Board — Mr. Hannah's experience in hardware and software development from concept to release brings us both a technical and marketing benefit. His ability to analyze and develop systems with an eye toward the end user makes Mr. Hannah a very valuable resource. In the field of technology, he has contributed to the design and marketing of some of the most well-known products in the music industry, including the hugely successful range of ADAT digital multi-track recorders. Mr. Hannah has authored many articles as an acknowledged technology authority, and has been published internationally in most of the leading electronic music technology periodicals including the publications Mix, EQ, Audio Media and Pro Sound News. Mr. Hannah's technical and musical expertise have afforded him the opportunity to work with legendary talents including George Duke, Herbie Hancock, Stanley Clarke, Marcus Miller, Jay Graydon and many others.

Mr. Hannah attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, where he was granted an academic scholarship from the school’s Engineering Department, and completed his degree at Howard University in Washington, DC. His main courses of study included Computer Science, Engineering and Broadcast Production. Mr. Hannah has flourished in both technical and creative endeavors. Creatively, he is a self-trained pianist, composer and music producer, and in 1995 he wrote the musical score for the Academy Award nominated film, Tuesday Morning Ride, starring Ruby Dee and Bill Cobbs. More recently, Mr. Hannah has ventured into photography and filmmaking. He has partnered with the Los Angeles-based production company, SilverCrest Entertainment, where he serves as one of the company’s Supervising Producers.
